Certified Asbestos Testing

Our highly trained and certified asbestos specialist will cautiously remove samples of the suspected area. These samples will then be analyzed further by our lab in Wisconsin for dangerous levels of asbestos.
Asbestos Testing Process - What to Expect
- We will take samples of the suspect ACM (Asbestos Containing Materials) and can inspect the home or structure offering guidance as to other possible areas where asbestos may be present if requested.
- We send the samples to an NVLAP accredited laboratory to determine if they are an ACM material. *72 Hour standard turn-around time typical with options for next day results.
- If the materials test positive, we will recommend remediation procedures to either remove the asbestos or encapsulate adhering to guidelines set by regulatory agencies. A free estimate will be provided to you for these services.
- If remediation is desired, we will have our certified and highly trained crews handle the abatement process following strict guidelines to maintain the safety of our workers and for the property inhabitants once we are gone. ACM waste will be handled and disposed of following all environmental regulations.
